• The clients familiar with the material only need to provide the necessary grade and specifications of the alloy.
• As for those unfamiliar with the material, we can determine the specification and final size of the alloy material according to the application range provided by customers. At the same time, based on different customers, we can offer the specific parameters, production process, pictures and other information of the material for confirmation.

• Inquiry stage
  One customer is a manufacturer of braking resistors used in railway applications, but he is not certain about the material and price of the resistor.
• Discussion stage
  Once we decided on the application needs, we provided four kinds of material to choose from, including nichrome 20/35, stainless steel 321, FeCrAl 0Cr13Al4 and stainless steel 430.
• Determination stage
  We supplied the properties, costs and functions of various materials to the customer. Finally, they chose the FeCrAl 0Cr13Al4.
• Placing order
  After the confirmation of materials and specifications, we produced a sample of 100kg, which passed the repeated tests over 3 months by customer. And then after a half years of durability experiments, this customer began to purchase in large quantities with over 5 tons per month.
